Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package for the above packages. 合同履約期限：各包件預(yù)算金額所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)商繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)商，則新中標(biāo)人按照中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用，費(fèi)用按中標(biāo)總價(jià)/365*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。 The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount for each package is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review.
