Service period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The original service provider will continue to provide services until the completion of this procurement. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees generated during this period will be paid by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the procurement work is completed, the fees will be calculated as (winning bid price / 365) * the number of service days provided by the original service provider (See Chapter 3 for details). 合同履約期限：2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。 The Contract Period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 本項(xiàng)目（否）接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價(jià)格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises procurement, small and micro enterprise products enjoy 10% price discount at the time of review; (2) If the bidder is a welfare unit for people with disabilities, it will be treated as a small and micro enterprise. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; 2. Must have the Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate issued by the competent department of natural resources according to law, the qualification level must be B or above, and the business scope includes photogrammetry and remote sensing; (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
